Stevensville, MD (April 19, 2019) – The Army Tank-automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) announced on April 5, 2019 that Federal Resources, a leading supplier of mission-critical solutions to the U.S. government, has been named as the sole awardee under the Fire Suppression Refill System (FSRS) Tool Load contract to supply this specialized equipment solution to warfighters around the world. The Fire Suppression Refill System contract is a firm-fixed price, requirements contract with a ceiling amount of $19,569,771.
The FSRS is a fully integrated, mobile fire suppression refill system that enables the safe refilling of fire suppression bottles and systems. The contract also consists of both commercial tools and components to be incorporated into the FSRS, which work together to reduce the threat of large-scale explosions on military ships and ground vehicles. “Federal Resources is honored to have been named the sole awardee.
