On March 27, 2024, the U.S. General Services Administration announced an award to NOBLE to provide one of its online commercial platforms for U.S. Federal Agency buyers. The goals of the GSA commercial platforms are to modernize the buying experience for GSA customers, streamline government purchasing, and allow users to analyze their spend data.
Under the contract, NOBLE, a small business prime GSA contractor, will offer its e-commerce platform to GSA customers who use the GSA SmartPay® Purchase Card for purchases of commercial off-the-shelf items. The NOBLE platform will offer industrial, MRO, and office management products, including AbilityOne® products, environmentally sustainable (e.g., Green) products, and products produced by small business concerns.

The system will be available to all GSA customers for orders shipping to any Government facility, CONUS or OCONUS. In addition, NOBLE will provide Customer Service Representatives to support shoppers throughout the buying process and a Program Manager to provide customer service and handle any program-related questions.
