Noble is awarded a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) to stock, store, and issue common building supplies, construction materials, and hardware in support of Naval Facilities (NAVFAC) Hawaii’s mission. Work is to be performed at Hickam Air Force Base, Oahu, Hawaii.
