FORENSICS AND NON-INTRUSIVE INSPECTION EQUIPMENT
NOBLE works with the DOS under an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide products and services. Equipment categories authorized for purchase under this International Narcotics & Law Enforcement Functional Area 5 (INL FA5) IDIQ contract include the following:
- Equipment to search for weapons, contraband, drugs, and other suspicious and illegal items
- Non-intrusive inspection equipment
- Forensic and laboratory equipment
- Thermal and infrared imaging systems
- Drug and chemical detection/sensing equipment
- Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) equipment and associated services
Search Equipment
Equipment to search passenger vehicles, cargo vehicles, rail cargo, and pedestrians for weapons, contraband, drugs, and other suspicious and illegal items. This may include X-Ray backscatter, GAMMA ray, passive terahertz, and other technologies. Systems may be permanently affixed, mobile, or handheld.
Non-Intrusive Inspection Equipment
Equipment to secure borders, points of entry/exit, and conduct tactical and surprise operations at checkpoints to target narcotics, illegal weapons, precursors, bulk cash, illegal aliens, and contraband, and prevent terrorist breaches while minimizing public discomfort or disruption to legal trade.
Forensic & Laboratory Equipment
Equipment for genetics, chemistry, ballistics, fingerprints, questioned documents, forensic medicine, and crime scene investigations.
ISR Equipment
Equipment used in Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations and associated services.
