National Military Family Month

First celebrated in 1993, National Military Family Month is celebrated every November to both recognize and honor the military families that sacrifice so much to support our military and nation.

According to the DoD Military Community and Family Policy, the following year after the first Military Family Month was celebrated in 1993, “…President Clinton issued a presidential proclamation establishing National Military Families Recognition Day. Subsequent presidents have issued proclamations, and Congress has periodically passed resolutions designating November as Military Family Month.”

TSSi is proud to employ members of the Armed Forces as well as Veterans. We thank their families for their dedication and sacrifice.

This November, find ways that YOU can recognize military families in your community!

Warrior Care Month

The DoD, Military Services, and collaborating organizations will use November to celebrate the strength and resilience – physically, mentally, and spiritually – of our wounded, ill, and injured service members, as well as their families and caregivers; raise awareness of the warrior care resources and programs available today; and inspire year-round discourse regarding today’s warrior care priorities.
