We just got a call about a leaking drum. The only description we were given is, "leaking drum". We're going to start by checking the HMIQ Charts and check to see if "Leaking Drum" is listed. No?! Where do we go from here? HMIQ instructors Milton Painter and Curt Thompson work their way through this unknown chemical.
