On June 2, 2023, the NOBLE Harrisonburg Team participated in the United Way of Harrisonburg and Rockingham County's 30th Annual Day of Action event. This dedicated group of individuals joined forces with other Harrisonburg-area companies to support the local community by sprucing up the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Harrisonburg-Rockingham County office building. Their combined efforts including painting, organizing, and mulching, resulted in a transformed space for this vital community organization.

Led by Kristi Strang, Senior Director of Procurement Operations, the NOBLE Harrisonburg Team spent an eventful day at the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Harrisonburg-Rockingham County office. Their mission was to revitalize the space and create a more welcoming environment for the organization's staff, volunteers, and the children they serve.

Kristi Strang described the day as "well spent" and "rewarding," highlighting the impact of the NOBLE team's contributions to the office and the local community.
